Will my SVG look different after optimizing?
No. The optimizer removes things that do not affect the image, such as editor metadata, comments, hidden elements and extra decimal places. The viewBox is always kept, so your SVG scales the same way.
What does precision mean?
Precision is the number of decimal places kept in coordinates. Lower values give smaller files; 3 is a safe default, while very detailed illustrations may need 4 or 5.
